TERMS OF SERVICE

 

1 — General

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.aussiegemhunter.com.au and the purchase of goods from Aussie Gem Hunter Pty Ltd (“Aussie Gem Hunter,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

 

2 — Products and Availability

We take reasonable care to ensure descriptions and prices are accurate; however, natural gemstones vary in colour and dimensions. All measurements are approximate.

 

3 — Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (where applicable). Payment is due at checkout via approved methods.

 

4 — Shipping and Risk

We dispatch within 1–2 business days via Australia Post (domestic and international) with mandatory insured shipping and tracking. Risk in the goods passes on delivery to your nominated address.

 

5 — Returns and Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is faulty, not as described, or damaged in transit, we will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with the ACL.

 

6 — Intellectual Property

All text, images, and designs on this site are owned by or licensed to Aussie Gem Hunter. You may not reproduce or republish them without consent.

 

7 — Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the goods purchased.

 

8 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
