Dispatch Times

Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

 

Carriers and Tracking

We use Australia Post for both domestic and international deliveries. All parcels include tracking and compulsory insurance. Tracking details are emailed once dispatched.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

- Australia: 1–3 business days (Express Post)

- New Zealand: 3–7 business days

- Other International: 7–14 business days

 

Customs and Duties

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

 

Risk of Loss

All parcels are insured until delivered and signed for. Risk transfers upon delivery to your nominated address.

 

Non-Delivery or Damage

Report missing or damaged parcels within 48 hours of receipt, including photos where applicable.
