REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Change-of-Mind Returns

- Accepted only for loose gemstones and clothing.

- Request must be made within 5 business days of delivery.

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your expense via tracked and insured post.

- Contact naseeb@aussiegemhunter.com.au to obtain a Return Authorisation.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, contact us immediately with photos. We’ll offer repair, replacement, or refund as required by the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Exclusions

- Custom or modified stones

- Items damaged due to misuse or wear

- Returns without prior authorisation

 

Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection.
